What ages do you cater for?

Our teepee parties are ideal for 5 - 15 years, but we will happily cater for all ages.

How much space is required?

​

Each teepee set up is 1m wide and 1.9m long.

 

They do take up quite a lot of space, therefore please ensure that you have measured your party area and have sufficient room available.

When is the balance of payment due?

​

You will be required to pay the outstanding balance a week prior to your party.

​

We accept EFT and cash.

7.

How does it work?

​

We aim to arrive around midday of your party to deliver the equipment to your front door.

​

A confirmation email will be sent to you the week of your party with timing and set up details.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

​

 We require a non-refundable $50 deposit. 

​

If you cancel within a week from your party no refund will be given.

What bedding is included?

​

Each teepee comes with a full size single foam mattress, fitted sheet and scatter cushions.

​

Your guests will need to bring their own blanket and pillow to sleep with.

How do i make a booking?

​

We love to have a chat, so feel free to contact us to discuss your party and lock in your booking today.

Can i decrease or increase the number of teepees?

​

You may decrease the number of teepees up until a week prior to your event date.

 

You may increase the number of teepees up until 24 hours prior to your event date.

8.

How does pack up work?

​

​

You will need to have all items packed and ready to be collected the following day, after lunch.

​

All we ask is that you please wipe down the breakfast trays and pack all the items into the boxes provided and stack the mattresses.
